Lab Testing
Adsure have our own Lab and mutiple lab testing machine for testing bag feature such asGlue,Tensile strength，Printing and so on to ensure the bag quality.
We can test the bag used our professional lab testing machine.And we can also sent the testing record to our customer as they request.
Glue Testing Machine
Glue Testing, which is important to our factory, and we need to test the aging of the glue and the effective tackiness after setting on the bag.
AS you know that, the self-life of the bag is very important, so we need to have the aging testing especially when the bag are sent from China to USA and Europe for over a month and go across the equator twice, we need to have aging process to test our product go across the container, and while our customer will in good condition. We can also use it for testing the valid time of our security tape.
Stress Strength Testing Machine
This is the very important machine for the tensile and physical property test. Including stress strength, we have the ASTM and ISO standard for testing the film strength.
When we start the test, the circle drive up and the film stretch, all data is collecting from the computer, it is very important for us to design and tolerate the polymer mixture for you.
Film falling dart impact tester
This machine is testing for the dart , the film should be strong enough to withstand the impact for outside and inside.so we need the dart impact tester to test how many weight can be withstand by the weight.
Friction coefficient testing machine
This is the machine for testing the surface friction coefficient, this is very important for our film. The inner layer and outer layer.it is second together, we need to make sure it is sufficient n and coefficient.
Especially when this are with glue, it’s very important the glue initial sticking, it’s not affective but the surface friction. All the surface friction should be enough to make sure the glue are tacking immediately effectively.
Printing Analysis
This is the electrical microscope for minify the printing of our bags ,very important to minify the image and capture on the computer and then we can analyze during our printing process with different colors and paint how they affecting the out cover the printing.
